Mimio Mobile Web ID showing connection error 4/11/18

Hi Everyone,

We are aware of an issue with MimioMobile not showing a web ID. We have contacted Boxlight regarding the issue and they are investigating this issue. 

Currently, you are still able to connect to mobile with scanning the barcode and clicking more details to connect manually. 

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.


This announcement will be updated as soon as we have more information regarding the issue.

    Update on 4/13/18
    Boxlight is still working on the resolution to the issue. They are working to have the issue fully resolved by Monday 4/16/18

    Boxlight has restored the WEB ID function with mimio mobile.
